Gloria Whole's Beer Bust / BBQ at The Edge

Miss Bay Area Rodeo 2010, Gloria Whole, in conjunction with the GSGRA-BAC, presents "A Good Ol' Country Weenie Fest" Beer Bust and Fundraiser at The Edge.

We have an awesome drag show lined up, great raffle prizes, and of course booze and hot dogs. Please come out to show your support for Gloria and the rest of the 2010 Bay Area Rodeo Royalty Team.

Buckin' Country Tea Dance
Saturday, April 3, 2010 | 5:00pm-9:00pm

Our third 2010 Country Tea Dance is coming up in San Francisco this Saturday, June 19th at the Triple Crown, 1760 Market Steet. Admission is FREE for GSGRA members, and $10 for non-members. All proceeds go directly to help produce the 2010 Best Buck in the Bay Rodeo and Festival. The remaining dances scheduled for 2010 are:

2nd Annual Boot Scootin' Pride Party
Friday, June 25, 2010 7:00pm - 11:00pm

Miss Cowgirl-Saybeline, in conjunction with Emperor Stephen Dorsey & Empress Renita Valdez and The Imperial Council of San Francisco, Inc., presents the 2nd Annual "Boot Scootin' Pride Party" at Marlena's Bar, located at 488 Hayes Street at Octavia.

The Party gets Kickin' at 7:00pm with the show at 8:00pm. A benefit evening for the GSGRA-BAC.

BAC Providing Volunteers for Pink Party

San Francisco Gay Pride is quickly approaching, and that means that the annual Pink Party, produced by the Sisters of Perpetual of Indulgence, will be hitting the Castro again the Sunday night of Pride Weekend. The BAC has an awesome opportunity to partner with the Sisters to provide volunteers to staff the donation/collection gates. We are looking for at least 15 volunteers to work either 5pm-9pm or 7:30pm-11:30pm. If you're interested, please email us at fundraising@bayarearodeo.com for more details.

San Francisco Gay Pride Parade

Speaking of San Francisco Gay Pride, the BAC will once again have a contingent in the parade. We're looking for folks to be part of our contingent, as well as being safety monitors for our contingent during the parade. If you're interested in marching and/or being a safety monitor with the BAC contingent, please email us at info@bayarearodeo.com for more details. Please NOTE: Safety monitors will be required to attend a training session on either June 20th, 21st, 23rd or 25th. Additional details will be provided when you email the above address.

2010 Best Buck in the Bay Rodeo and Festival CAMPING

One of the most exciting changes about this year's Best Buck in the Bay Rodeo and Festival is that we will be offering camping at Driscoll Ranches rodeo site. Our camping reservations system is now up and running, and we encourage everyone to make their reservtions early. Space is limited and on booked on a first come, first served basis. All camping information and prices are listed on our Rodeo Shop website (see link below), and camping fees are PER PERSON. We've designed our 2010 rodeo to be a one stop shop for all of your weekend needs, Dancing, Rodeo, Camping, Shopping and eating! Our camping registration system is designed the same way, purchase camping, food and rodeo merchandise:
