2nd Annual BAC Drag-A-Thon Fundraiser
Friday, October 9, 2009

The GSGRA - Bay Area Chapter will be hosting our 2nd Annual Drag-A-Thon, and we're still looking for folks who want to help us raise much needed funds to help produce the 2010 Best Buck in the Bay Gay Rodeo and Festival. For those of you who attended last year's Drag-A-Thon, you know how much fun this is going to be. Each Drag-A-Thon participant must raise a minimum of $200 to qualify. There are two ways to participate.

  1. If you want to get yourself all "dolled up" and perform for the crowd, you can submit your name directly via e-mail to Miss Bay Area Rodeo 2009, Lulu Getz (aka John Southard).
  2. If you would like to nominate someone else to be a “Drag-A-Thon” participant you may nominate them with an initial pledge of $50 to get them started…remember…the more money you put in your initial pledge will only encourage this person to participate!!! Individual names of the person making the nomination…will remain secret…unless you don’t mind for your name to be disclosed

Nominations will be accepted via e-mail to John Southard. Remember, each participant will need to raise a minimum of $200.00 to qualify. Prizes will be awarded for the best performance…and the person who raises the most money will be crowned the "Queen of the Night"!
